Corry Evans admits Rovers are desperate to turn around their current run of league results ahead of the visit of Fulham tomorrow.

Saturday's defeat at home to Hull City leaves Rovers still looking for their first league win in 2016, something the Northern Ireland knows has to be addressed sooner rather than later.

Rovers have the chance to get points on the board when the Cottagers visit Ewood on Tuesday night, and the midfielder has stressed that it is something they have to do.

"We are desperate for the three points now as we've not won since December," said Evans.

"We've got through with the two cup games but we really want to get the points in the league, that is our priority. We need to pick up points fast.

"We are going to have to sort it out and get it right for Tuesday at home to Fulham. We'll need to put it right in the forthcoming games.

"It is going to be a tough schedule, I don't know how many games it is but it is Saturday-Tuesday for the next five weeks which is a hell of a schedule. But it is the Championship and the players are well used to that by now.

"We've got quite a lot of home games in this five week period so it is vital that improve our home form and make it hard for teams to come here.

"Away from home we've been solid with a couple of decent results but ultimately our home hasn't been good enough and we need to put it right."
