Fans travelling to this evening's match against Fulham are advised to avoid the M65 Westbound.
It is anticipated there will be long delays up to Junction 4 for Ewood after a road traffic collision at Junction 5.
Fans travelling over Grane Road, or from the east of the county are advised to make alternative travel plans to avoid being caught up in the queues on the motorway.
Lanes are now open on the Westbound carriageway, but they will be closed from 8pm to allow for the recovery of a vehicle.
