Following his debut for Rovers in the midweek match with Derby County, Paul Lambert believes there is more to come from Matt Grimes.

The midfielder, who has joined on loan until the end of the season from Swansea City, started the match at the iPro Stadium.

Lambert was pleased with the performance of the 20-year-old, and he could be in line for his home debut this afternoon against MK Dons.

"I know it is going to be a few weeks for Matty to get up to speed because he hasn't played for a long time," said the Rovers boss. "But I thought his performance in the first game against Derby was very good.

"You can see how he's got a really cultured left foot and with a bit more time he could be a really good player.

"From the age he is at the minute until he stops playing, I think he'll be a really good player."
