Paul Lambert will be an interested observer this evening when Rovers' Under-18s take on Luton Town in the quarter-finals of the FA Youth Cup.

A two-legged semi-final against either Chelsea or Reading await the winners of the Ewood Park match.

The Rovers boss has been impressed by the youngsters at the football club since taking charge and is looking forward to watching tonight's big cup tie.

"I've seen the Under-21s more than the Under-18s and this club is fortunate that it has got a good group, it really has," said Lambert.

"Every time the kids come up and train with us they never look out of place.

"So I'm looking forward to seeing the Under-18s tonight."

Season ticket holders can see Tuesday's game for free on production of their season ticket cards. General admission prices are £4 for Adults and £2 Concessions.

The Jack Walker Lower Tier will be open, Rovers supporters are to use turnstile 'J'.
