Rovers boss Paul Lambert was delighted to see Rovers claim a worthy three points with a comfortable 3-0 home win over Fulham.

Ben Marshall put Rovers in front from the penalty spot on the quarter-hour, before first goals at Ewood Park from Shane Duffy and Danny Graham saw them secure the victory.

The manager was delighted with the team's display, and felt that the result was no more than they deserved.

"I thought the performance was fantastic," Lambert told Radio Rovers.

"It was no more than we deserved. I thought we could have won by more but from start to finish we were excellent.

"There were some big performances out there, it would be very unfair to single out any player after a performance like that.

"We didn't look like conceding, we were resolute and the back lads were excellent.

"Let's see what happens from now on but if we play like that then we'll have a right good run at it."

Rovers are back in action this Sunday when they take on West Ham United in the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup.

Tickets are currently on open sale priced in all areas at £20 Adults, £12 Seniors, £12 18-21 year-olds and £5 for Juniors aged 17 and under.
