Owen Coyle believes every player has their part to play in improving the side defensively.
After conceding seven goals in the first two games of the season, the Rovers boss knows it a collective responsibility is required to keep the opposition at bay.
Rovers travel to the Welsh capital this evening to face Cardiff City, with Coyle eager to see an improvement.
"Wether it is Anthony Stokes, Danny Graham or Sam Gallagher that leads the line, that is the first port of defence," said Coyle.
"And from the front to the back we have to defend better all the way through. We know that individually and we know that collectively.
"That is what we have to address and we have to do better with. And if we do it better then it gives us the chance to win the ball and create chances."
Fans who haven't yet got their tickets for tonight's match can buy on the night at the Cardiff City Stadium, from the away ticket office at Gate 12.
However supporters should note that there is a £2 price increase for sales on the day, meaning matchday prices are £24 Adults, £20 Seniors, £15 16-21yrs and £12 for Juniors aged 15 and under.
Supporters using the club's official away travel should note that Blues Bar will be open from 10am serving food and drinks.
