Rovers Ladies will look to build on last week's 2-0 away win at Stoke when they take on Huddersfield Town this Sunday.

Gemma Donnelly's side are eager to follow up their first impressive result on the road when they face a Terriers side that sat out the first weekend of the season due to the late withdrawal from the league of Nuneaton Town.

Despite there being a few changes in personnel at Huddersfield over the summer, Donnelly is still expecting another tough match.

"This will be our second away game in quick succession and I’m expecting Huddersfield to be quick and allow us no time to try and settle on the ball," said the Ladies coach.

"They were without a game last week so they’ll be more than ready to come out flying this weekend.

"There has been a lot of changes at Huddersfield this summer, but they have made a number of signings and I imagine these players will want to make an immediate impact against ourselves, so we need to make sure we are ready.

"We may be missing one or two key players on Sunday but our aim, as it is in every game, is to come home with all three points."
Kick off on Sunday is 2pm at the Shelley Community Football Stadium, Huddersfield. There'll be live updates as usual on twitter @roversladies.
