Despite adding hugely talented youngster Martin Samuelsen to the squad yesterday, boss Owen Coyle is still eager to add more new faces.

The Norwegian international became Rovers' eighth new arrival of the summer when he joined on a season-lon loan from West Ham United on Thursday, but the manager is keen to strengthen other areas.

"We know that we need to strengthen defensively and we will," said the manager.

"I'm still looking to get four or five in and that hasn't changed in my opinion in terms of what I want to add to the squad.

"We need to pursue those targets and work hard to try and get them over the line."

Rovers are back in action this Saturday when Fulham are the visitors to Ewood Park.

Tickets for the match are on open sale up until the 3pm kick-off priced from £18 for Adults, £12 Concessions and £7 for Juniors aged 17 and under.

Why not avoid the matchday queues by booking online at and collecting them from the Roverstore collection point before kick-off.
