Mixed emotions for Graham

It was a bittersweet Saturday for Danny Graham as Rovers' penultimate home game of the season ended in a 2-2 draw with Bristol City.

A goal in each half saw the on-loan striker help Rovers to a share of the points, but the forward was disappointed that they couldn't claim the victory that they craved.

"It is very nice to score but it is very disappointing that we didn't win the game," Graham told Radio Rovers.

"I thought after the first ten to fifteen minutes we grew into it and got the goal, we were on top and we had a couple of chances, but I think we've let ourselves down a bit by not getting the three points.

"The goals are great, but if you are not winning games with the goals then it can be a sour evening.

"We have to dust ourselves off and we have to go again, we've got another tough game next week as Rotherham are doing really well. We need to go there and we need to start picking up wins."

Graham's brace at the weekend took his tally to six goals since arriving at the club on loan from Sunderland back in January. But whilst he is pleased to have found the back regularly for the Ewood Park side, he is eager to score more in the remaining two games of the campaign.

He added: "I've had a few chances so I could have added to that, but in football you are going to miss chances so you just have to keep going and get in the right positions.

"So hopefully I can get a few more before the end of the season."
