Boss Gary Bowyer felt that the supporters more than played their part in a tremendous day of football at Ewood on Saturday.

The fans chanted throughout the 2-0 win over Ipswich Town, with the manager delighted with the support his side received.

Bowyer called the performance the most complete since he's been in charge of the club, and he included the fans backing in that.

Speaking to Radio Rovers after the match, the manager said: "The supporters have been magnificent with us all season and today, like I said, it was the most complete team performance and I think you have to include the supporters in that team performance.

"The noise that they made, particularly in the second half when we needed it, they rallied for us and they were terrific."

Rovers are back in action after the international break when they travel to face MK Dons at stadium:MK.

Tickets are on open sale priced at £25 Adults, £17 Seniors (65 & over), and £7 for Under 18’s.
