No feeling sorry for ourselves

Gary Bowyer hopes Rovers take the frustrations from Saturday's loss at MK Dons out on Derby County this Wednesday night.

The decision to send Adam Henley off after just ten minutes, and the failure to award Jordan Rhodes a clear first half penalty, were just two of the key talking points as ten-man Rovers eventually went down 3-0 to MK.

But Rovers have little time to dwell on the disappointment with a key home game against the Rams up next, and the manager is confident of a response.

"We aren't going to feel sorry for ourselves, we'll look to bounce back as quickly as possible against Derby," Bowyer told Rovers Player.

"Because of Saturday's injustice I don't think there'll be any further motivation needed.

"We've just got to dust ourselves down, stick together and have a right good go again on Wednesday."
