A difficult challenge

Gary Bowyer doesn't believe the managerial change at Leeds United will have any bearing on tomorrow's match between the two sides.

Newly-appointed manager Steve Evans will take charge of his first game at Elland Road, but the Rovers boss insists it is all about how they approach the encounter.

"What goes on at Leeds, we can't control any of that," said Bowyer. "What we can control is how we go and play and how we go and fight for the club.

"I don't think the match will be any tougher than normal. It is a fantastic stadium to go and play our football and we need to go there and show bravery with our play like we have done this season. It is paramount that we do that on Thursday night.

"No matter what Leeds team is put out, and whoever is in charge, it is always going to be a difficult challenge.

"But it is a challenge that we are really looking forward to. Everybody is determined to put things right."

Tickets for the match at Elland Road are currently on open sale priced at £29 for Adults, £23 for Seniors 60 & Over, £23 for 16-22 year-olds and £15 for Juniors under the age of 16.

Tickets will go off sale at Ewood Park at 2.30pm on the day, after that they will be on sale at Elland Road, but there will be a £5 price increase on ticket prices.
