Paul Lambert insists everything is achievable as he prepares to take charge of his first match as Blackburn Rovers manager this weekend.
The new Rovers boss has promised that the team will give everything they've got as they bid to rise up the table starting with the match against Lancashire rivals Preston North End.
Rovers will be roared on by some 5500 supporters at Deepdale on Saturday as the fans snapped up the full allocation, and Lambert knows their backing is of huge importance.
"Every manager's challenge is to get their team to try and win," said the boss.
"You can't promise everything at every time but what we can promise is we'll give it absolutely everything. I think everything is achievable.
"What we can do on a football pitch is try and play well, we'll try and entertain people, I think that is important.
"We also need the crowd behind us, I'm 100 percent sure that on Saturday they will come out in force, we'll be excited by it and it is up to us to go and win."
Tickets for the Preston North End are all sold out, but tickets for Lambert's first game in charge at Ewood Park against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday 28th November are currently on open sale.
Prices for the match against the Owls are from £22 for Adults, from £14 Seniors and 18-21 year-olds and from just £9 for Juniors aged 17 and under.
