Corry Evans is eager for Rovers to follow up their win over Lancashire rivals Preston North End, with victory over Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.
The Northern Ireland international insists the team have to start putting a run of results together if they are to move swiftly up the table.
Rovers are yet to claim back-to-back wins this season, with Evans keen for that statistic to change.
"I think we've probably had too many draws this season," said Evans. "In this league draws aren't much use, you need the three points.
"So it would be nice to win on Saturday and get back-to-back victories for the first time this season."
The midfielder came close to breaking his goal duck for the campaign on Saturday when he saw a first half strike cannon off the post, and he knows that he has to start putting his chances away when they come.
"When I hit it I thought it's got a great chance here but obviously it has hit the post and bounced about a bit and I saw it go in," he added.
"I've had a couple of chances this season. I've been working on it in training doing extra shooting with the lads, so it would be nice to help take the burden off Jordan.
"I think everybody needs to chip in and score more goals."
Tickets for Saturday's match against Sheffield Wednesday are currently on open sale with prices from £22 for Adults, from £14 Seniors and 18-21 year-olds and from just £9 for Juniors aged 17 and under.
