Corry Evans will hope to play his part in Northern Ireland's quest for Euro 2016 qualification when the internationals resume at the end of this month.

The Rovers midfielder has been named once more in Michael O'Neill's squad for two forthcoming matches, including their hugely important qualifier against Romania.

Northern Ireland first warm up with a friendly match against the Qatar national side at Crewe's Gresty Road ground on Sunday 31st May, before the top of the table Group F clash on Saturday 13th June.

After four wins from their opening five games, Northern Ireland sit second behind next month's opponents, their only loss coming against the Romanian's in Bucharest back in November when they slipped to a 2-0 loss.

If the Northern Irish can reverse that result at Windsor Park next month, they'll leapfrog Romania at the top of their group to put them in pole position to reach their first major tournament in 29 years.
