David's charity cycle challenge

11 May 2015

This summer, David Lowe will take part in the third annual London to Amsterdam charity challenge on behalf of the club.

Rovers' Head of Academy Coaching will cycle 145 miles over two days in order to raise vital funds and awareness for the Football League's official charity partner, Prostate Cancer UK.

David will join representatives from the across the Football League as part of the Men United team for the event, which takes place between June 12th-13th.

Men United is Prostate Cancer UK's movement for everyone who believes men are worth fighting for and joining the London to Amsterdam ride offers the chance for friends to do something great together and help to beat prostate cancer.

Last year's event was hailed a huge success, with a squad of more than 150 riders helping to raise over £200,000.
