Adam Henley is with the Wales squad for tonight’s crucial Euro 2016 qualifier against Belgium.
Capped three times at Under-21 level, the Rovers defender will be hoping to make his first appearance for the senior side in the top-of-the-table clash at the Cardiff City Stadium.
An impressive end to the season with Rovers saw the right-back called up to Chris Coleman’s squad in March, but he missed out on a maiden cap against Israel, as Wales won 3-0.
That victory ensured that the Welsh remained level on points with Belgium at the top of Group B, with five games played.
Wales earned a gallant goalless draw when the two teams met in Brussels back in November and a win for Coleman's charges in Cardiff this evening would see them take a major stride closer to qualifying for a major tournament for the first time since 1958.
It would also be the perfect early birthday present for Henley, who turns 21 on Sunday.
