Rovers' Under-18s will kick off their 2015-16 Barclays Under 18 Premier League campaign on home soil after the fixtures were confirmed today.
The Academy get the season underway on August 8th when Middlesbrough are the visitors to Brockhall - kick-off 11.00am.
They follow that with another home game against Manchester City on 22nd August, before their first away game sees them travel to Liverpool seven days later.
Like last season, the competition format will be two divisions of 12, North and South, playing each other home and away, before splitting into three groups of eight in the second stage based upon final positions.
The eight teams placed 1st-4th in both divisions will go into Group 1, those finishing 5th-8th in Group 2 and those in the bottom four in Group 3.
In the second stage, teams play each other in their group once, with the winner of Group 1 crowned Barclays Under-18 Premier League champions.
