Rovers boss Gary Bowyer admits his side are in a buoyant mood ahead of tomorrow’s trip to Championship high-flyers Derby County.
Bowyer was delighted as his side masterminded a 3-1 victory over Swansea City last time out in the FA Cup and is keen to continue in that vein.
“To knock a Premier League team out of the FA Cup is fantastic,” said the manager.
“It gives the lads an awful lot of confidence going into these next two important games, starting tomorrow at Derby.
“The place was buzzing after the game and everyone was back in on Sunday and they were lively to say the least!
“Straight after the game we said that we now need to carry this performance on and hopefully it can help our league form.
“I think the fact that we have another tough game straight away helps us keep our focus.”
