Rovers will be forced to assess a trio of injuries picked up in Tuesday's defeat at Derby.
Tom Cairney was forced off just before the break with a groin strain, with Rudy Gestede coming on in his place.
Rovers' top scorer was then withdrawn with a thigh problem, before Grant Hanley was unable to continue after taking a knock to the head.
Manager Gary Bowyer said: "Because Tom Cairney came off with a groin (injury) so early in the game, that obviously makes him a doubt for Saturday, but hopefully he's caught it early enough.
"And then Rudy, who was becoming a handful and causing them problems, we need to assess that one better tomorrow, to find out whether it's just a dead leg or whether it might be a strain.
"And then Grant took a whack on the head and had blurred vision, but he should be fine for Saturday."
