Despite losing ground on the teams above them after the 1-1 draw with Blackpool at the weekend, boss Gary Bowyer insists Rovers are still in the hunt for a top-six spot.

Dropped points against the Seasiders means Rovers are now 12 points off the play-offs, but with 14 games to go, the manager says his side will not give up.

"We don't feel that we are out of this play-off situation at all," said Bowyer. "And until it is mathematically impossible for us to do that then we are going to fight for everything, and we need the supporters to be doing exactly the same for us on that front.

"Yes there's a 12-point gap but that is only four games, and we've to got to play teams that are above us so that can reduce it further quite easily.

"Within a week if you win three games on the trot then you can be right in it, and with the schedule that we've got coming now, we are still confident in the camp. The players have still got that belief that we can go on and gatecrash them."

Tickets for this evening's match against Norwich City will be on open sale up until the 7.45pm kick-off. Tickets are priced from £12 Adults, from £9 Seniors/Students and from £5 for Juniors aged 16 and under.
