Academy graduate Anthony O'Connor has completed a permanent move to Plymouth Argyle.
The versatile defender spent the first half of the season on loan at the League Two club, making 29 appearances, before returning to Rovers last month.
The 22-year-old spent the majority of last season on loan at fellow Devon club Torquay United, where he made 32 appearances.
The previous campaign was also spent out on loan, where he was an ever-present for Burton Albion, who he helped reach the play-offs.
A Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, O’Connor had been with Rovers since the age of 16, without making a first team appearance.
