Fode Koita is convinced the results will soon come for Rovers following their weekend loss at Brighton.
The Lancashire club dominated the match for long spells at the Amex Stadium, but not for the first time this season they were left frustrated in front of goal, as a deflected strike from Kazinga LuaLua proving to be the difference to be the two sides.
The young Frenchman came as close as anyone to getting on the scoresheet on Saturday and he is sure that if Rovers continue to create the chances then the goals will come.
"I think we should have done better in the game because we had many chances to get one or two goals, but we didn't have the luck," said the striker after the match.
"When we started the game we had all the pressure, we were good with the ball, with many attacks, but we didn't get the chance to score a goal because we were up against a good goalkeeper for them.
"I am very sad but I really hope that this week we will get get more goals and our first win at home."
With so many new arrivals in such a short space of time, the 24-year-old knows it will take time for the new-look Rovers to click into gear, but Koita is sure that it will happen.
"When new players come into the team it isn't too easy to get that relationship on the pitch, it is difficult because you don't know about each other's talents," he added.
"We need to have time, not a lot of time, but time to know each other. I think we are doing better every week.
"We have the potential but sometimes when you lose it is difficult to take confidence, but I'm sure once we get that first win we will do better and get more confident to take risks on the pitch.
"I think during the season you will see a good Blackburn."
Koita and Rovers are back in action this Friday night when Bolton Wanderers are the visitors to Ewood Park.
