Fans travelling to and from Ewood Park this Tuesday for the match against Cardiff City should allow extra time to make their journey.
Supporters should note that as part of the Pennine Reach public transport improvements there are long-term road works in the area which will affect spectators travelling to and from the ground.
Parking for the match is also limited, the council operated car parks off Albion Road and Aqueduct Road will have some available spaces, whilst there is parking available for a match day price of £10 on the club’s car parks ‘B’, ‘H’ and ‘F’.
Home supporters travelling by bus/coach who have previously parked in the bus lane at the rear of Bolton Road should follow the directions of the police motor cyclists and traffic management staff.
Fans who use the bus service 24 from Chorley to Blackburn should note that the service does not go via Livesey Branch Road after 7.25pm in the evening and on Sundays.
