Gary Bowyer has called on the Rovers fans to make themselves heard as the season gets underway later this afternoon at home to Wolves.
Delighted with the support he and the team have received in recent years, the manager wants more of the same at Ewood Park.
"I think the home form is always important," Bowyer told Rovers Player. "Our supporters have always been very vocal and it makes a massive difference to the players.
"For them to applaud every pass and every challenge, every tackle that goes in, to really make a noise can make a massive difference.
"Any game in front of your own fans is massively important. Our fans have always been very good in their support of myself and the team."
Supporters who haven't yet purchased their tickets for today's match are advised to come down to Ewood early.
The club are anticipating the ticket office, Roverstore and collection point to be busy so fans are requested to allow extra time.
Tickets for the match are priced from £22 for Adults, £14 for Seniors aged 65 and over, £14 for 18-21 year-olds and from £9 for Juniors aged 17 and under.
Season tickets are also still on sale ahead of the new campaign, representing fantastic value for money.
In keeping with the club's commitment to making football at Ewood Park as affordable as possible for supporters, prices for the season start from just £249 for Adults and £159 for fans aged 18-21 and seniors aged 65 and over, and just £60 for Under-18s.
