Gary Bowyer's squad has been handed a boost ahead of the final away game of the season.
For David Dunn and Josh King are both in contention for the match against Huddersfield Town on Saturday.
King has been absent with a hamstring strain since the end of February, whilst Dunn hasn't featured in a Rovers shirt since appearing as a substitute in the FA Cup win over Swansea City back in January due to a calf injury.
"We've got Josh King and David Dunn back on Saturday which is great news for us and for both of them," said Bowyer.
"It has been a while for both of them so we are delighted to be able to welcome them back.
"They've got to come through training tomorrow and then hopefully they'll go into the squad."
The thigh injury sustained by Matt Kilgallon in Tuesday night's win over Millwall isn't as serious as first feared and he could be involved against the Terriers if he recovers in time.
Sustained in the first half, KIlgallon's injury meant he was the fifth central defender to be sidelined in the last two months.
"Matt Kilgallon might be fight for this weekend, but if not, then certainly next weekend." added the Rovers boss.
"But if he doesn't make it then that would be five missing now including young Doneil who we had to send back to West Ham.
"But if you look at the performances that Tommy Spurr has put in since he's gone there they've been terrific for us, and young Darragh came on and did ever so well on Tuesday night."
Tickets for Saturday's match will go off sale at the Oneroverstore, Church Street, Blackburn at 5.30pm this Thursday, and will go off sale at 4pm at the Roverstore, Ewood Park on Friday.
