Rovers have no fresh injury worries ahead of the visit of Nottingham Forest to Ewood Park this Saturday but the squad is still low on numbers.
Boss Gary Bowyer is still without a host of first team players as they enter the final fortnight of the season.
Shane Duffy, Jason Lowe, Grant Hanley, Josh King, Chris Taylor and Alex Baptiste are all still sidelined, but after playing another 30 minutes against Birmingham City on Tuesday evening, Rudy Gestede is close to full fitness after his hamstring strain.
"The pleasing thing is there were no additions from Tuesday night," said Bowyer.
"Josh King has been back out on the grass again, so we are hopeful that he might feature on Tuesday but if not then certainly the following Saturday.
"Rudy is there now, he's trained this morning after coming on the other night. He's ready for Saturday."
Tickets for Saturday's match against Nottingham Forest are on open sale from just £21 for Adults, £13 for Seniors and Students and from just £8 for Juniors aged 16 and under.
