After throwing away four points in their last two matches, boss Gary Bowyer has called on the players to be more resolute when in front.

Rovers twice lead against Birmingham City and held the advantage three times against Nottingham Forest last time out, but on each occasion individual mistakes have proved costly and stopped them claiming all three points.

Rovers now face Millwall in their penultimate home game of the season and Bowyer knows that the errors have to stop.

"We've got to try and get some wins and convert the draws and convert some of the good performances that we have had into the complete team performance and get the win," the manager told Rovers Player.

"If you look at the three games that we've drawn, the last two in particular have been frustrating because we had done enough to have won both games.

"But we have to cut out the individual errors and have a better game understanding and see them through. We've been in the lead and been comfortable and should have been more professional.

"It is important from now until the end of the seasons that we get wins on the board because we want to finish as high as we possibly can, that is the nature of myself and the players.

"To do that we know that we are going to have to get some wins in these next three games."
