Jason Steele wants Rovers to back up last weekend's 3-1 win over Nottingham Forest with another impressive performance against Reading this Saturday.
The on-loan goalkeeper made two crucial saves in the second half when the scores were level before Rovers eventually ran out comfortable winners at the City Ground.
However Steele knows that the result will count for nothing if Rovers can't follow that up with all three points on Saturday against Reading at Ewood.
"It is always nice to chip in when you go away from home and nick a really valuable three points," said Steele.
"I'm really pleased to have made a couple of saves and to have helped the team get three points.
"We were obviously delighted but it will mean nothing come Saturday if we don't build on it now.
"I think we are fully focussed on making sure we build on that now, we've had a great week with seven points from three tough games and hopefully we can carry on."
Steele knows it won't be easy against Nigel Adkins' side, but is confident that Rovers can get the result.
The keeper added: "I think you've got to take each game as it comes, Reading are obviously a good side but we've got to make sure that we are at it as we do for every game.
"Hopefully we can nick another win and keep building and keep progressing."
