Jordan Rhodes will make his 100th league appearance for Rovers this weekend against former club Huddersfield Town.
Rovers' record striker can't believe how quickly the landmark has come around, and hopes to make many more appearances for the club.
"It doesn't seem so long ago that I joined from Huddersfield," said the forward. "I've enjoyed every minute of it, I really have.
"It is a top club to be at and hopefully there'll be many more games to continue.
"There's been some good ones and bad ones, but I'm playing football for a living, it is fantastic, how can you complain when you are doing this for a job? It is living the dream."
Rhodes has grabbed more than a goal every other game during that time, with 56 strikes from his 99 matches, but against the Terriers at Ewood on Saturday he doesn't care if he scores as long as Rovers get all three points.
"As long as we come off after the game with more goals than them, that is the main thing," added the 24-year-old.
"it isn't about who gets them, it'll be nice to see a few old faces against Huddersfield, but it isn't a matter of who we are playing against, it is just a matter of beating the opposition and that happens to be Huddersfield on Saturday, so hopefully we'll win.
"It isn't about me or any individual, it is literally just a matter of getting the three points."
Tickets for Saturday's match are on open sale with prices from £21 for Adults, from £13 for Seniors & Students and from £8 for Under-17s.
