Grant Hanley played his part to ensure Scotland picked up their first points of their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign.
The Rovers captain was at the heart of the Scots defence as they kept a clean sheet in a 1-0 win over Georgia at Ibrox on Saturday evening.
Hanley played the full match as Gordon Strachan's team secured all three points thanks to an Akaki Khubutia own goal after Shaun Maloney’s fearsome shot rebounded off goalkeeper and defender and into the back of the net.
The Scots are back in action this Tuesday when they travel to take on Poland in Warsaw.
Meanwhile in Belfast, Corry Evans was an unused substitute as Northern Ireland made it back-to-back qualification wins with a comfortable 2-0 victory over the Faroe Islands.
The Rovers midfielder didn't feature as first half goals from Gareth McAuley and Kyle Lafferty proved to be enough for victory.
Evans will hope to feature on Tuesday when Northern Ireland take a tricky trip to face Greece in Piraeus.
