Rovers Under-21s return to action this Friday evening with a testing away match against Arsenal.
Eric Kinder's side could draw level with the Gunners as fifth place Rovers take on their third placed opponents at Boreham Wood FC.
Rovers' development squad have had a steady start to the campaign with two wins, two defeats and a draw from their opening five games, whilst Arsenal have started with a treble of victories, a draw and a loss.
A youthful squad has travelled south for the fixture with Rovers welcoming back Devarn Green following a broken wrist sustained in pre-season.
The attacker hasn't featured for the Under-21s in a competitive fixture this term so his inclusion in the travelling party adds timely competition to the squad.
Sam Jones, Rovers' latest addition to the development squad, is unavailable due a suspension picked up at his former club.
The manager will select from: Crump, Carson, Doyle, Lenihan, Lavelle, Daly, Mahoney, Tanner, Rittenberg, Bauress, Green, Preston, Williams, Cham, Paulo Jorge, Joel.
Kick-off at Boreham Wood FC is at 7.00pm, updates from the ground will appear on our @onerovers twitter account.
