Gary Bowyer was pleased with the display of Josh King in Saturday's draw with Huddersfield Town.
The Norwegian international returned to the starting eleven against the Terriers and was a constant threat throughout.
Whilst Rovers couldn't find the goal their play deserved, the manager was happy with the impact of King.
"I thought he was a constant threat," Bowyer told Radio Rovers. "We've seen him play for us up front before and for his country up front against England recently.
"The level of his performance, his pace is a constant threat, what he needs to do is add an end product to it and he's had chances.
"We have the ability to mix that up and his pace is a massive thing, it threatens most back fours.
"We felt that was the way to go against Huddersfield and it proved it, but we just couldn't quite get that final goal."
