Gary Bowyer believes Saturday's atmosphere at Ewood Park was the best he's experienced as manager.
Ewood played host to their largest attendance of the season as ten-man Rovers came from behind to defeat Leeds United 2-1 thanks to a second half brace from striker Jordan Rhodes.
Bowyer was delighted with the backing his side received from the home fans, praising their support as Rovers made it three home wins in a row.
"It was the best atmosphere that this football club has had for a long time now," Bowyer told Radio Rovers.
"The supporters today had Ewood Park rocking, rocking to the point that it reminded me of what it was like when I first arrived at the club in the Premiership days and full credit to them.
"The support they gave, they never gave up and it was a really good atmosphere. You saw the power that they played today, it inspired the players, our fans were superb."
Rovers are back on the road next weekend when they take on Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium.
Tickets are on open sale for the fixture priced £31 for Adults, £23 for over 65s and £16 for Under-18s. Book online today at www.onerovers.co.uk.
