Gary Bowyer once again praised the performance of Ben Marshall after yet another match-winning contribution at Ewood on Saturday.
The Rovers midfielder scored a sensational free-kick and claimed two assists as Rovers defeated Reading 3-1 to move within a point of the top six.
Marshall set Rovers on their way with a superb cross which Rudy Gestede buried, before curling home a fantastic free-kick nine minutes into the second half - his sixth of the season.
The midfielder then ensured the points would go to the home side as more scintillating wing-play saw his centre headed onto the post by Jordan Rhodes, but Gestede snapped up the rebound to complete a fine afternoon for the Rovers.
"He's had a hand in all three goals," said the Rovers boss. "The first goal is an outstanding cross, and an outstanding header from the big man.
"But then Marshy's free-kick is stunning, absolutely stunning.
"In the Championship set-plays play a massive part and he's worked hard on the training ground doing it, so we are delighted.
"Then I thought it was terrific wing play for the third one, it shows you that he can go outside as well as inside. He's a joy for the strikers because they know they are going to get some opportunities from him."
It was yet another man-of-the-match display from Marshall, but Bowyer knows that he can continue to improve.
The Rovers boss added: "His confidence is sky high at the moment, so we've just got to keep on top of him and keep pushing him and demand more from him.
"I've said it before, but there's more to come from him."
