Determined to make things right

7 November 2014

Gary Bowyer doesn't believe the side will need picking up after Tuesday night's dramatic match at the Den.

The 2-2 draw at the Den felt like a defeat as Rovers spurned a two-goal advantage to leave London with just a point.

With a game against Brighton & Hove Albion next up, Bowyer believes the squad have a great chance to get the disappointment out of their system against the Seagulls.

"They're an honest bunch and they assess the game and analyse the game honestly," said the Rovers boss.

"The disappointing thing is when it went 2-2, I think we had four or five opportunities to win the game. So that's a hell of a reaction from them, but it is disappointing that they had to get to 2-2 before they started that.

"In terms of the never-say-die attitude they went on to try and win the game, so that is a credit to them.

"So I don't think they'll need picking up. They'll be determined to put it right even more so on Saturday."

Tickets for the match be available from the Brighton ticket office on the day of the game but supporters should note that there is a further £1.50 booking fee for all matchday purchases. Prices are £30 for Adults, £22 for Over 65s, £15 for Under 18s and £8 for Under 10s.
