Gary Bowyer will leave it as late as possible to see if Rudy Gestede will be fit to face Brighton & Hove Albion at Ewood on Tuesday night.
The Frenchman missed Saturday's draw with Millwall after picking up a niggling groin injury, so is touch and go to face the Seagull's.
One player who definitely miss tomorrow's match is Jason Lowe. The midfielder is making good progress in his recovery from an ankle injury picked up in the 4-2 win over Huddersfield Town, but Tuesday's game comes too soon.
Speaking on Monday afternoon, the manager said: "Rudy maybe, we'll see how he is tomorrow morning. For Lowey, he is probably just going to be a bit short.
"But we are getting there, it was pleasing to have Tom Cairney back on the bench, but it was just disappointing that we went down to ten men on Saturday.
"It is good to have him back and Josh King did ever so well and scored the goal, so it is nice to have that problem.
"Ben Marshall is due to go out running tomorrow, he's making great progress. But for Adam Henley, I think we'll do well if we see him again before the end of the season."
Liam Feeney is eligible once more after missing the game against his parent club at the weekend, whilst Grant Hanley waits to hear if the appeal against his sending off is successful or not.
