Far-away fan Leaf Heap is the latest winner of a Golden Ticket!
The 18-year-old, who lives just outside Cardiff, makes the nine-hour round-trip for every home game at Ewood Park with his dad, brother and friend Geraint Jones, who nominated him for the special prize.
Leaf, who has been a season ticket holder in the Darwen End for the past three years, inherited his love for Rovers from his dad, who was born in Blackburn.
“I have to thank Geraint a lot for nominating me,” he said.
“I saw the Golden Ticket idea on Twitter and when he told me that I’d won, I couldn’t believe it!
“I think it’s a brilliant idea, because it really engages with the fans and gets people involved.”
Rovers are giving away a Golden Ticket every day this week and 20 in total to celebrate the 20th anniversary of our Premiership-title winning season in 1994-95.
