Gary Bowyer was delighted to see the fans out in force as Ewood Park opened it's doors for another of their popular open training days on Tuesday.
The fans in attendance got an exclusive look at the new 2014-15 away kit that goes on sale tomorrow, as well as watch their heroes put through their paces in a two-hour training session.
Once finished the players and manager took time out to pose for photos and sign autographs for a delighted crowd.
"I think it is very important that you open the gates for the supporters to come and see them train," said the Rovers boss.
"It is great, it is the summer holidays, the kids are off school and it is a great chance to come in and watch the players at close quarters in training.
"If you look at what has happened over the last couple of seasons here in terms of the relationship between the supporters and the football club it has certainly improved over the last 12 months, and days like today can only help improve that."
