Tom Cairney will need a scan on an ankle injury after limping out of Saturday's win over Reading.
The Rovers midfielder managed an hour at the Madejski after sustaining a knock early in the second half.
Cairney tried to play on after several minutes of treatment but was eventually replaced by Chris Taylor.
"We'll get a scan on him on Monday morning and then we'll know more from there," said Rovers boss Gary Bowyer.
"Hopefully it won't be too bad."
