Rovers striker Dean Rittenberg netted on his England debut this Tuesday afternoon.
The 17-year-old, who has 12 goals for Rovers at Academy and Under-21 level this season, scored England's final goal in a 4-0 win over Belgium at St. Georges Park.
Rittenberg started on the bench for the Three Lions, but came on after 72 minutes in the second half, making his mark with an 85th minute headed goal.
Rittenberg replaced Middlesbrough's Bradley Fewster who had earlier ensured a comfortable afternoon for the Under-18s. The Boro boy followed up his first half goal with with two further strikes to complete a hat-trick before the Rovers forward completed the rout.
Rittenberg will link up with England once more when the Under-18s face Croatia in two games next month.
