Chris Brown is eager to play his part over the busy festive period, starting this afternoon against Bolton Wanderers.
The Rovers striker missed the games against Brentford and Charlton Athletic with a sore knee, but after a week of training, he's available for selection once more, and looking forward to the two matches in quick succession.
"I'm hoping to be involved as I've had a few good days training so we'll see what happens," said Brown.
"I missed three or four days training which turned out to be two games, but I'm glad to be back and I want to be part of the Christmas period."
The forward was impressed with the way his team-mates took the match to Charlton last time out, and knows that they'll have to do the same again if they are to come away from the Macron Stadium with a positive result.
Brown added: "The lads were outstanding from the off on Saturday, they really got in their faces and made it difficult.
"We've got to go to Bolton and do the same. Frustrated them, get their crowd on their case and play our football.
"It looks like he's got them organised, they don't concede too many goals and are good going forward so it won't be an easy match."
