Gary Bowyer knows Rovers will have to be at the top of their game if they are to get three points against Charlton on Saturday.
After back-to-back defeats for the first time since March, Rovers now come up against an Addicks side that have lost on just three occasions this season.
Bowyer believes the squad has moved on from last week's disappointing display at Brentford and are determined to put it right at Ewood this weekend.
"We've gone through the video with them, we've expressed our concerns over what we saw and how it was and now it is a case of moving on,' said Bowyer.
"If you look at the games, especially the last two, the manner of the goals has been through individual errors at that time.
"They are still young some of them and they are still learning, people make mistakes when they are learning and the most important thing is that you don't repeat those mistakes and that is what we have said to them this week."
After winning on their last two visits, Charlton have proved to be tough opposition at Ewood in recent years, and Bowyer expects nothing less on this occasion.
The Rovers boss added: "This season they've only lost three games.
"They've drawn a lot, but they've got a new manager in that is playing a different style with them this season.
"That shows you the challenge that lies ahead but it is a challenge that we can't wait for.
"Ever since the Brentford game, as soon as the players came back into training they've been determined to put it right and we have every confidence in them with the ability that they've got to go and do that."
