Villa test for Rovers U21s

25 August 2014

Rovers Under-21s play their first home game of the 2014-15 season this evening when they take on Aston Villa at Leigh Sports Village.

Eric Kinder's young side kicked off their new campaign in fine style seven days ago with a 2-0 away win over Brighton & Hove Albion, so they'll be looking to continue that good start tonight, kick-off 7.00pm.

With the first team short on numbers, Kinder isn't likely to have any senior players in his squad for the match against Villa, full team news will be confirmed later this afternoon.

Season ticket holders can see this evening's match at Leigh Sports Village for free on production of their season ticket card at the turnstiles.

For this game, Leigh are also giving away free tickets to supporters who sign up at http://www.leighsportsvillage.co.uk/rovers/

Matchday hospitality is also available for £14.99 and includes a one course meal in a pitch-side executive box with drinks service. E-mail kim.taylor@leighsportsvillage.co.uk for full details.
