Jordan Slew has joined League 1 side Port Vale on loan until the turn of the year.
The 21-year-old striker makes the move to Vale Park in a loan deal until 3rd January 2015.
Signed from Sheffield United in August 2011, Slew has gained valuable experience whilst on loan at Stevenage Borough, Oldham Athletic, Rotherham, and last season at SPFL club Ross County. To date he has made two substitute appearances for the Rovers first team.
The forward has been given permission to play for Port Vale in both this season's FA Cup and the Johnstone's Paint Trophy and goes straight into their squad for their league game against Chesterfield.
