Gary Bowyer was once again full of praise for the performance of Rudy Gestede.
The striker put in another man-of-the-match display as Rovers defeated fellow play-off chasers Ipswich Town 2-0 at Ewood Park.
Gestede claimed a goal and an assist, laying on the pass for Jordan Rhodes to open the scoring on 64 minutes, before grabbing his sixth goal in a Rovers shirt to secure all three points against the Tractor Boys.
"He's always a handful but I thought the two Ipswich centre halves dealt well with him," said Bowyer on Radio Rovers.
"But the big man kept going, he kept banging away against them and again in the second half he went up another level.
"He's got the potential to have everything, you saw his ability in the first half where he's had a run and shot, he's great in the air and is a massive threat in their box.
"With the delivery that we've got from Craig Conway and Tom Cairney then he's going to get some more goals for us."
Rudy and Rovers are back in action at Ewood Park this Tuesday night when Queens Park Rangers are the visitors. Tickets are on open sale with prices from £15 Adults, £10 Seniors and £5 Juniors.
