Rovers are boosted by the news that frontmen Jordan Rhodes and Rudy Gestede have shaken off knocks picked up in the midweek win over Queens Park Rangers.
The pair were substituted during the 2-0 win at Ewood Park, but after a couple of days rest both came through Friday training and are set to lead the line against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough tomorrow.
"Both of them are fine," said Gary Bowyer. "We were fortunate that we were in the position where we could take both of them off and look after them, they've both trained and they're fine, it was just precautionary."
But whilst the two strikers are available, Rovers will be without a pair of midfielders as Dickson Etuhu and Corry Evans miss out.
Etuhu sustained a slight injury in the win over Rangers, whilst Evans is recovering from a groin strain.
"Dickson has a slight hamstring which is very disappointing as he has worked ever so hard to get back," added the Rovers boss.
"But we don't think it is as bad as what we first thought so hopefully he should come back into contention for the Yeovil game.
"Corry Evans has trained lightly today so that is some good news for us but he too could be back for the Yeovil match."
Adam Henley and Ben Marshall remain sidelined with ankle ligament injuries.
Tickets for Saturday's match will go off sale at Ewood Park at 4pm this Friday. Advanced ticket prices are £27 Adults, £16 Seniors and £1 for Under-18s.
Tickets are on sale at Hillsborough on the day of the game but supporters should note that matchday prices rise to £28 Adults, £17 Seniors and Under-18s.
