Patience and organisation

1 April 2014

After two lengthy trips on the road, Bowyer is pleased to be back at Ewood Park this Tuesday evening.

Rovers have had to work hard on their travels with last-gasp away goals against Watford and then Millwall earning a point apiece, but now they are back on home soil looking for all three against a Brighton & Hove Albion side with similar play-off aspirations.

Bowyer wants Rovers to continue where the side left off at home when they held title-chasers Leicester City to a 1-1 draw last time at Ewood.

Rovers impressed on that day and were perhaps a little unfortunate not to collect all three points against the Foxes.

"We've got to continue with the form that we showed at home against Leicester City," said the Rovers boss.

"The intensity which we played - especially the second half - we are going to have to make sure that we do that again.

"We are going to have to be patient because Brighton are a good team at keeping the ball, we know we are going to have to be organised but it provides us with an opportunity to show the home fans what we've done away from home."

Tickets for this evening's match against Brighton will be on sale up until the 7.45pm kick-off. Tickets are priced from £15 Adults, £10 Seniors and £5 Juniors
