Gary Bowyer has challenged Joshua King to build on his impressive display in Monday's 4-2 win over Birmingham City.
A series of niggling injuries had meant that the Norwegian international hadn't started a game for the club since mid-December, but he played a crucial role as Rovers secured their sixth victory on the road this season.
King claimed an assist for Rovers' first goal, a clever cross that Rudy Gestede headed home. Whilst his forceful run down the flank eventually lead to Todd Kane firing home the third goal of the afternoon.
"Kingy has waited his turn and he got his opportunity now," said the Rovers boss.
"His pace has always been a threat, but we had an end product from him against Birmingham and that is what he's got to keep striving to do.
"He knows now that he has to be better than that on Saturday."
