Gary Bowyer could welcome back two players to his squad for the Good Friday clash with Yeovil Town.
Corry Evans and David Dunn both trained with the rest of the first team players this Wednesday and provided there's no reaction, they could be back into contention for the first ever competitive match against the Glovers at Ewood Park.
Evans missed the games against Queens Park Rangers and Sheffield Wednesday with a groin strain, whilst a minor calf injury sidelined Dunn last time out.
The Ewood match comes too soon for Dickson Etuhu, the midfielder, along with Ben Marshall and Adam Henley the only players on the treatment table.
"Corry Evans and David Dunn have both trained today and both looked good," said the manager on Wednesday.
"So we'll see how they both are and make sure there's no reaction.
"With Dickson, he's not quite there yet, Ben Marshall is doing ever so well, he is chomping at the bit, and Adam Henley has just got his boot off so that is good news for him."
Having a near fully-fit squad presents the manager with a selection headache that he's rarely experienced this season, but it is one that he is relishing.
"We've actually now got options," added Bowyer. "Throughout the season we've gone on about the fact that we've always had players missing.
"We've still got a couple missing but it isn't as many as we have had throughout the season."
